I've also made a second preset that I call the Super-Beta preset, which is the Neo-Beta preset, with much higher mountains that can extend to near the build height, a higher sea level, and 50% more underground space than Neo-Beta.
neo-beta is the most accurate to beta 1.7.3 and below however is quite chaotic and lacks sizable oceans due to changes in terrain generation in the later releases. extra-neo is slightly less chaotic and has decent sized oceans, but the terrain is nowhere near as accurate to beta so seeds like Glacier are dwarfed.neo beta While exploring through this custom generation I noticed that there were very little flat areas compared to Beta's generation where they were much more common. Neo-Beta Preset This is a preset that is close to the Beta terrain generator, it has full height variation across all biomes, and many of the landmarks look similar to the Beta landmarks in the seeds I've tested.
